Las Palmeras y el Mentol is a farm located 1,800 m.a.s.l in the coffee area of San Jose de Lourdes, Cajamarca in Peru.

The coffee is picked ripe, depulped, then fermented for 20–25 hours dry. It is washed two or three times to remove the mucilage, and then it is dried under shade for 10–20 days.

This fully-washed coffee is a blend of Caturra and Bourbon that yields a perfectly balanced combination of the sweet and citric flavours of caramel and stone fruit.
