Here at Alchemy we have chosen to sell La Marzocca machines from our experience of using them at events. Our sister company, Ristretto, has been providing high-volume coffee service at corporate events and exhibitions since 2004.
Why are we telling you this? To demonstrate our first-hand experience with these machines. We know that when your coffee machine breaks down mid-service, you essentially become just a sandwich bar with unhappy customers.
We use La Marzocco machines ourselves because we know they are sturdy and reliable, but without compromising on coffee quality or aesthetics – they look sleek and smart on your coffee bar.
The Strada is a new machine that allows the barista, for the first time, to have absolute and direct control of pressure at any point during extraction.
