Alchemy Premium Espresso Blend
70% Brazil Cachoeira, 30% Guatemala Finca El Bosce
Varietal: Bourbon, Caturra, Paché.
This is a seasonal blend that will change throughout the year with the crop cycles of the various producing countries. Chocolate, toffee and caramel notes come from the Cachoeira while the El Bosce adds a touch of dark berry fruit and a hint of spice.
Guatemala Santa Clara
Elegant with notes of stonefruit and strawberry.
Varietal: Bourbon and Caturra.
Processing: Fully Washed and dried on Patio
Really elegant and clean tasting coffee with notes of stone fruit and strawberry. Nice acidity and great sweetness.
Fazenda Cachoeria
Big hits of toffee and caramel flavour note.
Varietal: 100% Yellow Bourbon
Processing: Pulp natural
The Cachoeira has sweetness, velvety mouth-feel, chocolate, toffee and caramel flavours. Truly great filter coffee and single origin espresso.
